EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to have the best shopping experience at ÉLA. However if you have not received your correct size and you need an exchange;

1. You have to contact the team within 48 hours of receiving it.

2. You can self-ship; this procedure shall happen within 4 days. In case you SELF SHIP it; it shall reach within 7 days after registering the RETURN REQUEST. (Due to some reason the pickup services are discontinued) 

Please Note : Our system cannot process exchanges beyond that in any condition.

3. Reverse shipment charges are paid by the client as mentioned in the Refund policy. 

4. Once the Exchange package reaches our office; it goes for inspection. The company has the right to cancel any exchange if the product is not in the same condition as it was sent. 

5. The exchanged product cannot be shipped until the product sent in the first place has cleared the inspection. This procedure can take upto 10 days. 

6.The reverse shipping charges will be deducted from your credit note or you can pay that through Paytm/Googlepay. The reverse shipment charges depend on the pin-codes. The team will help you with the procedure. 

7. The team will provide you with the credit note that will be valid for lifetime. 

8. Exchanged product cannot go with COD. In case there is something extra that you have to pay for the exchanged product. The exchanged package will always be a pre-paid package. 

9. One time exchange is possible. No monetary refunds at any condition.  

10. If there is any damage or a missing query, It'l be considerable only when there is an UNBOXING VIDEO. 

We will only take size exchange requests from 1st January,2023. Refund policy is under maintainance and the same shall be updated there in 21 days.
