Refund policy

At ÉLA, we do not issue monetary refunds. In any eligible case, a store credit note will be issued.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 business days from the delivered date. We will not accept any requests beyond 72 hours of delivery.
  • If you self-ship the package to our Head Office, it must be delivered to us within 7 days from the registered return date.
  • Our system cannot process any exchanges after 7 days : the request will be automatically cancelled.
  • Returned items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, tagged, and free from perfume, deodorant, or makeup stains.
  • DO NOT return any package without prior approval.
  • You can self-ship the package to our office upon approval
  • Return shipping charges and second-time shipping costs (for exchanged items) are to be borne by the customer; since ELA operates on a very nominal pricing structure, we donnot include return shipping margins in our product pricing, this allows us to keep the pricing reasonable for everyone.

 

Shipping Policy:

  • We offer both standard and express shipping options.
  • Express shipping orders are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays and public holidays.
    Please note:
    Once dispatched, the transit time is beyond our control. If you refuse to accept delivery whether for a paid or partially paid order a rejection fee will be applied.
  • Standard (free) prepaid shipping orders are processed and delivered within 7 working days.
  • All orders are shipped via BLUEDART, one of India's most trusted courier services. 
  • A minimal shipping fee of 99 is charged on Partial cash on delivery orders. This fee is non-returnable and non-adjustable, even in the case of returns or exchanges.

 

Important Notes:

  • Our first preference is size exchange. Product exchange may be considered only after that, and only if justified.
  • For the Winter Collection, product exchanges are not permitted.

    Only size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability.

    Customers are requested to confirm all details carefully before placing an order.
