Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on forward orders only. Please allow 1-3 business days (including weekends) for your order to be processed. Once the order has been processed, most domestic orders will ship within 2-7 business days via BLUEDART EXPRESS. Once your package is in the USPS system, we have no control over the time it takes to be delivered.

We offer Partial Cash On Delivery. We take 500₹ in advance. In case the client refuses to accept the package on arrival; the booking amount will not be refunded. 

You will receive a message from ELA CLOSET as well as the shipping company regarding you shipment which would include the AWB no and may include estimated date of delivery.

ORDERS PLACED WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at elaclosetofficial@gmail.com so that we may fix the mistake before we ship your order. 

Once your order ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees to redirect or resend packages to the correct address. In some cases, you may be required to collect the parcel from the courier's local office.

Please note : A valid contact number is mandatory for all the orders; if a number is not provided, the prepaid order will still be shipped, in such cases, if the delivery agent is unable to locate your address or if the parcel gets misplaced, ELA is not responsible, and the client will be fully liable for the failed or delayed delivery.
